A good bug report is the fastest path to a fix. Tell us what happened, what you expected instead, and how to reproduce it — the more precise you are, the sooner it's sorted.

Before you report

A quick 30-second check rules out the most common causes and often solves the problem outright.

Check the status page. If a service is down for everyone, it may already be on System Status.
Refresh and retry. A hard refresh clears a surprising number of one-off glitches.
Confirm it's not your data. Missing work is usually browser storage, not a bug — see Where your data lives.
Note your setup. Which browser, which device, and whether any extensions block scripts.
