Build alongside other operators.

The ArboraX community is where people running the system compare notes. Trade playbooks, ask the questions the docs don't cover, and see how other operators solve the same problems you're facing.

How the community works

A few simple norms keep it useful for everyone.

Looking for official answers rather than peer discussion? The Documentation and Contact Support are the fastest routes to a definitive response.

Questions

The things people ask most before they join in.

Joining

Yes. The community is free, and so is every tool in the app — there is no sign-up and no card required. The wider platform and done-with-you work are the paid side, and those live on Pricing.

No. The community is open to anyone building a growth system, whether you use the free tools, work with us, or just want to compare notes with other operators.

Right now it runs through Instagram for build breakdowns and playbook drops, plus the operators mailing list for longer-form teardowns. Both are linked above.

Taking part

Specifics. The threads people actually learn from are the ones with real numbers, the stage a funnel broke at, and what changed after the fix. “It worked” helps nobody; “conversion moved from 1.8% to 3.1% when we cut the form to two fields” helps everyone.

Yes, if it is useful to the person reading it. Show the mechanic and the result, not just the link. Anything that reads as a pure advert tends to be ignored by the room anyway.

Read the existing answer first — it saves everyone time. If your situation genuinely differs, say how it differs when you post, so people are not re-answering something you have already ruled out.

Getting help

No. The community is peer discussion. For anything broken, file a bug report so it gets triaged properly, or check System Status first if a tool will not load.

The Documentation covers each tool in depth, and the app FAQ answers the common questions about accounts, storage, and exports. For anything else, Contact Support reaches the team directly.

The community is operators helping operators, so there is no guaranteed response time. If you need a definitive answer from us, use Contact Support — we read every message and usually reply within one business day.

Never. Everything you create in the tools stays in your own browser and is never uploaded to an ArboraX server. See Where your data lives and the Privacy Policy.
